How long has Glenwood Label & Box been in business?: Glenwood Label & Box was founded in 1969 and is a family operated business. The company was started in Winnipeg, Manitoba and has since relocated head office to Vancouver, British Columbia with office still located in Winnipeg.
How do I know what type of material to use for my label?: A customer service representative can help you to decide on the best material. You will need to take things into consideration such as exposure to temperature, wetness, condensation and sunlight. You will also need to determine the type of package(s) it will be applied to as well as the need for a light or strong adhesive.
How many different label stocks do you have?: We carry all standard label materials as well as tag stock and films.
Do you have 4-colour process capabilities?: Yes!
What is 4-colour process?: It is a printing method that lays down four colours: Yellow, Magenta, Cyan and Black, in different densities to create just about any colour.
What is a spot colour?: It is an exact ink colour usually chosen out of a colour book and then ordered from the manufacturer (example: Pantone).
What label sizes are you capable of?: Glenwood Label is capable of creating just about any shape of label in sizes up to 10 inches wide. We have over 1000 different die shapes in our huge die inventory.
How soon can I receive my order?: Since every label is different, it is difficult to give a general answer. Because all of our manufacturing processes are performed in-house, we are able to handle service-related issues immediately. Lightning-fast turnaround and comprehensive responses to service-related questions has helped us create one of the most impressive (and loyal) client lists in the industry. How do I submit my artwork?: You can submit your artwork in a number of ways, from camera ready art, a file on disc, email, to plate ready negatives. For a better understanding of guidelines please view our Files Submission Guidelines.
How do I pay for my order?: Glenwood Label & Box has many options for payment plans. Our standards terms are Net 30 upon credit approval or 50% deposit/balance COD. We also carry all major credit cards. For more options please call a customer service representative.
